Common questions
Good to know.
- Are these programmes tailored to us?
- Yes. Programmes are built around the incidents your organisation could realistically face and the way your teams actually work.
- How do teams stay ready over time?
- Through simulations, drills and post-exercise learning that keep readiness current rather than a plan that is written once and filed away.
- Do you provide clinical certification courses?
- No. Adlerc delivers organisational emergency-response readiness and coordination programmes; we do not present these as clinical-certification courses.
- How does an engagement start?
- With a preparedness assessment that establishes your current readiness and the priorities a programme should address.
